San Joaquin County Superior Court records can be requested from Records Management, and you can search online if you have the party’s name or case number. This includes divorce decrees. Fees are as follows:

Copies of any document (NOT certified) $.50 per page per side

You can also submit an open records request to San Joaquin County. Birth, marriage, and death certificates can be obtained through the County Clerk’s Office.

A deed is a legal document stating ownership of a property. Copies of deeds can be obtained from the Recorder’s Office, who is also the County Clerk.
